Good food. A bit expensive/tourist trap. The poke bowl was delicious and the blue crabs had a substitution of either GF bread or veggies.

The poke bowl was awesome! Very fresh and filling. The crab dip with gluten free bread was also wonderful! I haven’t been able to get a dip with bread out at a restaurant in a long time, so really enjoyable. Our waitress understood as soon as I said celiac and gluten free. No reaction or issues at all after.

Nice spot on the water! We shared the crab dip with gluten free bread. They also have gluten free buns for their excellent burgers.

I went a few days ago after seeing the reviews on this page and decided it was pretty safe. The waitress was extremely accommodating and knowledgable not only about allergies but celiac as well. She stated that the cook or owner(?) apparently also has dietary allergies so is very sensitive to these sorts of things. I got the crab cake which is surprisingly gluten free (no breading). It's also not fried but broiled. There is not a dedicated fryer so I couldn't have the fries, but I did have the slaw and broccoli and it was still very good. The remoulade was also GF so that made the crab cake even better.
On a side note, we had like 6 kids with us and 6 adults and they did a fantastic job with all of us and were very pleasant and quick.

I really enjoyed this place! Went here with my family so that everyone could eat something they wanted. The waiter was very kind to answer all of my questions. I got the burger with a gluten free bun. The waiter said the chef was be notified about my allergy and that the bun would be toasted separately, I asked about if the meat would be cooked where bread is also cooked. She said maybe, so I asked if that was so if they could cook my meat on foil or a separate pan, she said of course! Very, very accommodating! I did not get fries because of risk of cross contamination, I didn’t ask if it was a shared fryer, but I hated to ask more questions. I had a very comfortable time eating there! I had no reaction all night even on into the morning! So I would say it was a wonderful place to eat!!

I had the mahi mahi fish tacos on hard shell tortillas with mango salsa. They were very good. Seemed knowledgeable about making sure the food was safe.

Crab cake and asparagus was amazing. NO dedicated frier. The manager came out to let me know the fries weren’t safe after they made it to the table. She takes gf very seriously and apologized for the mix up. Many things on the menu are marked and or can be modified to be gf. Otherwise great experience and beautiful view.

phenomenal! The crab dip modified with GF bread and carrots for dipping, or can get chips, is delicious. 🐠The Mahi Mahi and poke bowl were outstanding (be aware the sirachi sauce has a kick). Love the atmosphere on the water. Server very knowledgeable of GF and owner very Celiac aware on a personal level. So glad we trusted the reviews here. Very top notch!! Delicious.

This place is fantastic. They are so careful and well aware of food allergies, I felt so safe. About half of the menu says gf but most things can be modified it looked like. I had a mahi sandwich on a gf bun and everything was delicious. Great atmosphere too!

Great! I had the crab cakes with broccoli and it was good! The crab cakes had A LOT of crab, with no filling. They are understaffed right now so they might have a longer wait but I would say it is worth it. If you are in Southport/oak island I would recommend stopping by!

Had the best fish tacos here!! They offer corn tortillas along with gf buns, wraps, and chips. The server was very understanding of my allergy and I didn’t get sick at all from eating here. Going back again tonight to get the crab crakes and the crab dip.

Gluten free buns available, but contained eggs that I’m also allergic too.
Very nice service waitress and manager were more than accommodating. Manager said that tickets with allergies are followed all the way through the kitchen.
