Overpriced for “just decent” food - we had a flatbread, elk burger and fish and chips - meh

Although they have been successful in the past of providing gluten free food safe for my daughter with Celiac Disease, they have recently failed. I would NOT recommend anyone with Celiac Disease eat here. Recently we went to dinner, I specifically asked the waitress to communicate directly with the Chef that my daughter had severe sensitivities to any trace gluten due to Celiac Disease. I was reassured and then they brought a normal, entirely made from gluten pizza which I thankfully caught and sent back. They apologized promising to make a safe, gluten free pizza. They brought back their version of this pizza and two hours after she ate it, she had a severe reaction vomiting for hours. On their website there are claims that gluten free food is prepared separate and staff are trained. This is entirely inaccurate and we cannot eat there ever again.

Excellent elk burger. Good potato soup. No reaction. Would be 5 stars, but was expensive. I’ll go again next time I’m in the neighborhood. Server was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Their gluten-free menu is part of their regular menu. They offer Udi's hamburger buns, however, the French fries are not gf. I have eaten at this establishment twice and not had a reaction. I've had a hamburger with the potato salad as well as the baby back ribs with the white cheddar mashed potatoes. The ribs are too spicy for my liking and for my husband's liking (and he loves jalapeños and Tabasco). The white cheddar mashed potatoes were delish! They serve Coke products.

They have a menu with wide variety and the locally made gf pizza crust was ok (rice based and chewy). I didn't care for my toppings and should have selected something different. We have gone twice. Both times they were out of grahams for the gluten free S'mores. The first time my waiter was a bit confused about gluten but he tried.

Had the fish tacos..delicious!! Server seemed fairly knowledgeable. Gluten free menu has burgers, pizza, sandwiches, salads, & other offerings. Nice menu. Thanks for great gluten free options, Rusty Moose! Love the Northwest decor!
