Rusty's Riverfront Grill

I visited Rusty, 's as we were passing through Vicksburg. We saw reviews on other sites about their knowledge on gluten free food preparation.

I ordered grilled grouper, a sweet potato, and green beans.

The menu says to ask to speak to a manager about food allergies, so I mentioned it to the waitress and she was fully aware and able to help me.

She shared that their fryers are not dedicated and they dip their potatoes in the fryer before baking. I do not have celiac so I decided to take a chance.

It was all delicious and carefully prepared.
