((Update: several years ago, they stopped saying they can serve GF)) Food was excellent. In the past, I was told the only gluten they serve was buns, but I’ve noticed some other gluten possibly served since they opened their own restaurant space. I asked about the fryer being dedicated and the staff person looked at the menu to check and told me only gluten free items are fried. I would want more confirmation for celiac safety.
