I ordered a gluten-free burger and fries. The manager told me the fries were in a dedicated fryer. They normally mix burgers and buns on the same grill and when I explained that I have celiac, the manager offered to cook the burger in a separate clean pan. The gluten-free burger bun was extremely tasty – – way better than most normal buns. The shoestring fries, which they call something else, were exquisite. It’s been about four hours since lunch and I have had no adverse reactions. Again, the meal was delicious and I plan to return.
