We have been several times and the staff is always supportive, and I feel they take precautions seriously. I have always had the filet and a baked potato. On 2 occasions I had the chopped salad but prepared with the GFree specifications and had a mild stomach ache after. So I will not be trying that again. I have had the creme brûlée with no reaction, it was delicious. Overall the food is delicious, the service is superb, I would just stick to basics though and realize there may be some hidden gluten in the dressings or salad fixings.
