My Nima tester showed a lot of gluten (more than just cc) in their “gluten free” pad see yew. I tested it three times (I really wanted to eat it…). All came back the same

Told me I could make almost any of the entrees gluten free upon request. I got the coconut noodles which were delicious. Marked the box gluten free for me. I’m celiac and very sensitive and had no issues. Best Thai food around here
