Review of SAAO THAI & SUSHI

I'm celiac and I'm allergic to milk. I told the server up front and she seemed to understand. I ordered a shiitake roll and a sweet potato/avocado roll. Install of the later, she brought me a cucumber/avocado/cream cheese roll. Strike one, I sent it back. Next, she brought what I ordered, and it had brown sauce on it. I asked what the sauce was, and she didn't know. She came back with the answer: eel sauce. Does that include soy sauce? She didn't know, went to find out, yes it did. Problem solved according to her. She had no idea there's gluten in soy sauce. Needless to say, I sent everything back and declined to eat, which was embarrassing because I was there on a business lunch. The whole thing was modifying, and I will not be back again.
