I called ahead of time an they appeared to know about cross contamination risks. When we got there the waiter didn't seem very knowledgeable, but asked the chefs what they could do and he came back very confident. We stuck to very simple rolls of salmon and tuna with avocado and cucumber and Nima tested. It was very good. They also had gluten free Tamari soy sauce. I did enter the wrong safety stars. It should be 3. There are lots of fried items.
