All 3 of the waitstaff that circulated for our party had zero clue what gluten was. Had no idea what their wasabi powder they use was made of, refused to check ingredients for me. Couldn't tell me what they used to season the rice with. Overall was very annoyed to listen to GF/allergy requests. I wouldn't return based on the poor service and definitely wouldn't feel safe eating there again. There are safer options in town.
No
Lots of dishes they can make gluten free and gluten free soy sauce.
Not a great deal of options, and communication is a little tough, but able to get aged tofu without the normal sauce and sushi with plain rice
I asked about gf options and they told me both their sushi rice and wasabi contain gluten. They did offer to make sushi using plain white rice.
Prior to knowing I'm Celiac, we did eat here. The sushi is good. Not great, but solidly good.
Marvelous! I do so wish the miso soup was gluten free!
Yes
Love this sushi restaurant! Very clean! Great tea and soup! They do have gluten free soy sauce, but you have to ask for it - don't be shy. Been here a few times now, and I highly recommend it! Also a great place to catch a game on the TV!
