Our server was knowledgeable about celiac. They had a separate toaster for gf toast and told us that hashbrowns were cooked on a separate griddle.

Yes

GF choices are very limited but I had the Chop Chop salad twice and it was tasty and fine. They also offer gf steak, crab, and shrimp. Cross-contamination was a concern but I was staying at the hotel and there was no fridge or microwave (barbarians!), so I had to eat somewhere 😬 Very nice waitstaff. They do offer gf eggs and hash browns through room service and that was definitely good for me.
