tuna bowl. really good. i cant imagine the bowl not being safe so id get that. veggies, brown rice, choice of meat and dressing. Yum

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

Staff did not seem knowledgeable on gluten free. Said things like “it should be” got the nachos on the belief that it was gluten free. Came with liquid cheese and later I got an upset stomach so pretty sure I got glutened here.

The service and the food were both wonderful! The tacos were made with gf corn tortillas and were top notch, one of the best I've had. Three of us ordered tacos. My only complaint is the portion size varied greatly based on the type of taco - Portabella tacos did not have enough portabellas to make more than 2 tacos, shrimp made three tacos and the fish had enough to feed two people. Keep that in mind when ordering but I would totally recommend Safe Harbor and I would gladly go back.
