I have Celiac so I am very cautious. Had a great salad then the Seafood Jumbilaya. This is my 4th visit and always a great meal

I phoned before making a reservation. I am glad we had a reservation. They assured me that they would prepare food that is safe for celiacs. It was very busy on the first Friday in December when we got there. We were well taken care of. My meal was delicious. I'm sure I'll be back. I react very violently to gluten, and was just fine after my delicious meal.

I frequent Sage often both in person and using delivery. My favorite dish is the pistachio encrusted salmon which is not gluten free due to the mango apricot sauce, however, the management and servers are very familiar with the menu and allergy concerns and make adjustments so that I may still enjoy this incredible dish. That being said, they have many gluten-free options available in addition to being able and willing to make adjustments when necessary. Their seafood is particularly good but I have not had a meal I didn’t enjoy.

This restaurant is going to be our go to for a nice, affordable, local dinner. My fiancé who is celiac was able to choose from a variety of options on the menu. While they aren’t specified on the menu, they have GF pasta and any of the sauces can be made GF. Everything was made to order and tasted so fresh. One serving of pasta fed us for 3 nights! We also had a seafood appetizer that was out of this world. Everyone was so friendly and when they didn’t know if something was GF they were happy to ask. We received a shrimp, clams, muscles appetizer in a white wine sauce, a GF pasta dish with asparagus and a slightly spicy delicious sauce, and a pasta dish with eggplant, mozzarella, and basil. Everything’s a little spicy unless you ask otherwise (which I loved) All of this for $40! I was amazed at the portions and am planning on hopefully having them cater our wedding. Celiac friendly, affordable, and out of this world delicious!
