Food was amazing!! Nearly everything is gluten free. (Naan isn’t but they have a gf alternative) and some dessert are not. But one of the staff is gluten free and very knowledgeable about food allergies and sensitivities. They were also very friendly. Food was very authentic and flavorful. They rotate their menu every week so always new foods to try.

Here is the best authentic Indian and African cuisine! Saibeen uses ghee instead of butter, and no other dairy except one of the toppings which may be refused. All food is gluten free except usually the dessert. One can choose to have the food served on spiced rice, Spring Salad Mix, or both. Spa water to drink.
