The server was incredibly helpful and kind when I asked about GF options. He informed me all of the Pho are gluten free as well as the Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Curry Noodles and Summer Rolls. He brought me a fish sauce for the Summer Rolls instead of the peanut sauce it came with, which had gluten in it.
