Saigon Noodles Restaurant

I was told this place is not safe for celiacs by the owner today. They said there is a lot of cross contamination & foods cooked in the same water/oil as food items containing gluten. I’m not sure why 3 people say it’s celiac friendly on here. It looked & smelled delicious. I was sad that they could not accommodate me.

Staff are knowledgable about gf. And there are lots of safe and delicious opinions (about half of the menu). Ate there multiple times any get sick.

I go often to get my Pho fix. Apparently the steak pho is safe, as is the chicken pho, though it is good practice to double check, in case ingredients have changed. I haven't branched out from the incredibly addictive pho, but I recommend this restaurant without reservation. This is the restaurant I feel safest eating at.

Fantastic and knowledgeable staff! They brought appetizers, and told us about each dish and sauce. (this is gf, this one is not, etc.) They knew about each ingredient in each dish on the menu. I felt safe, and the food was very good!

The staff was very accommodating when it came to substitutions. I love pho but can’t eat noodles, so I always say no noodles, and ask them to throw in the veggies of one of the other dishes (I think number 28) and it is wonderful!

Excellent food with a good selection of gf options. All pho and chicken vermicelli dishes as well as a few others and they are working to expand. Not all the servers have enough english to understand gf, but are more than willing to find someone who does! definitely recommended!
