I got glutened by the special beef pho even though I very very very clearly explain to her that I was celiac and if there was anything in it that had gluten to please tell me so I could change my order

Staff was super helpful. My waitress brought the bottles over to me for the hoisin and fish sauce so I could check. Hoisin not safe, fish sauce was 👍

Delicious hidden surprise. Menu is not marked but staff is knowledgeable about GF and can make recommendations. My daughter and I are Celiac, and I loved the pho while she raved about the honey chicken.
