Such a great restaurant with really fun Vietnamese dishes. I’m used to only being able to order pho, so it was great to try some different things! The manager was really knowledgeable about celiac and accommodated me well, letting the server know I was coming and what I could order. However, there’s no labeling on the menu and they get super busy, so I would call ahead when they open, ask about your options, and give them a heads up that you’ll be coming in. I ordered a bunch of starters as a meal: banh xeo, banh beo, banh cuon, and goi he. Nothing that goes in the fryer is celiac safe, and some sauces on certain dishes contain gluten, so be sure to ask. Really delicious food and I felt safe here!
