I have been there twice, had the spring rolls & beef pho both times. They have a separate menu, are knowledgeable, mentioning which sauces on the table had gluten and which were ok. The pho comes in a huge bowl, I took half of it home. The coconut sticky rice with mango is a delicious desert as well. UPDATE: Just went there for a third time and now that dessert is no longer gluten free. For some reason they are using a sauce with gluten to pour over the rice instead of just coconut milk. But they do have flourless chocolate cake.
Yes
The Spring rolls sauce tested positive for gluten. (Even though it was on their GF menu). And sadly their Beef Pho also tested positive.
No
They have a gluten free menu and I love their pho!
Great service and knowledgable about the gf options (including a menu). Had the vegetable pho with no problems.

The food is safe with a decent menu and good service. However, the food itself is not the best, though I do say this from the point of view of someone from the east coast where pho restaurants are common. The food didn't taste bad, but it lacked the flavor complexity that I love about pho.

I always get the shaken beef dish. I am never disappointed. Cool atmosphere too!
Was excited to find a Vietnamese restaurant near my downtown hotel. Came in right when they opened (they aren't open from 3-5p). Ordered a lychee martini ($8), which was very good. They had a dedicated gluten-free menu as well. I ordered the vegetarian Pho but added beef because the animal protein pho didn't have as many vegetables. $11 for a standard bowl; more than I could eat! Not salty either. Most dinner options are $11-16. For a GF dessert they have mango sticky rice. I'd eat here again on my next trip to Omaha.
