I was diagnosed with Celiac a little over 6 years ago. I ate at Saint Añejo last night and was thoroughly impressed! I mentioned my severe allergy immediately and the waitress assured me that the chips were gluten free and most things on the menu can be made gluten free. My friend and I split the queso and street corn and I ordered the al pastor and chicken tinga taco. ALL DELICIOUS and no reaction.
