Saint Lou's Assembly

Brunched here yesterday. Fun vibe and a great outdoor seating area. No GF menu but server pointed out a few dishes that could be modified (note- they use a shared fryer). I had the tamale hash which was so unique and delicious. Unfortunately having stomach issues today. The components included were naturally GF so there must have been some strong cross contamination in the kitchen (it takes a lot for cc to get me sick). Or maybe it was just bad food? I can’t be sure. My husband really liked his biscuits and gravy so we will probably go back. I’ll be more diligent when inquiring about the preparation and will update this review then.
