I've been gluten- and dairy-free for the past five weeks (doctor's orders) and it's been mostly fine. Eating out poses the most challenge; but I've managed to find plenty to eat (even if it left me wanting).

Enter Saints Pizza. I've never considered it because it's a pizza place. Dough and cheese are the staples of pizza!

Behold, the gluten- and dairy-free deluxe pizza. This thing was so freaking delicious I had it cold for lunch today. It totally satisfied my craving and didn't leave me bloated and exhausted after I ate it. Go there. You won't be disappointed.
