I had a rough time here. My server brought me the 'gluten free guide' to the menu. I had to ask her about cooking the noodles in different water-I was told they do- and the fryer -which is shared- as they weren't listed on it. She seemed confused by my shared fryer question as well. I ordered a vermicelli bowl and when it arrived it had these two rice crisps on it which were the same thing they had brought to us at the beginning of the meal and told me weren't gluten free. I asked her again whether they were gluten free or not, she said no and offered to take them off. I had to have them remake it.

Fantastic service with staff with adequate knowledge regarding what to exchange in each dish to provide a GF meal! I had the pork and prawn cold rolls (which needs to have fish sauce as the accompaniment sauce instead of the peanut sauce) and the Beef Pho minus the meatballs! Amazing meal!

Many gluten-free marked dishes on their standard menu! Pho Soups, Ban Xeo Filled Rice Crepes. All MSG free! Except for the coffee they don't use dairy.
