I go here so often the staff recognize me whenever I come in. Very helpful and happy staff, almost everything is gluten free, and falafel is to DIE for. Go here about once a week, and love their bowls. 10/10 recommend!

The rice bowls are my go-to lunch in San Mateo. Menu is well labeled. All ingredients are GF outside of the obvious (wraps/pita). Low CC risk with the way their station is set up.
The ingredients are local and high quality. It’s easy to put together a meal here that’s high in carbs/protein/veg.
The lentil soup is a nice bonus. And they have some packaged desert items that are GF (rice crispy).
Pricey ($16 with tax for a bowl) but good value, especially for the area. Always enjoy coming here!

Food was delicious and I didn't get sick at all! Most items are gluten free and there is very little risk of cross contact. The falafel is cooked by itself in a fryer with no wheat products.

GF items are clearly marked and almost everything is GF including the falafels! The staff was very nice and knowledgable on what to avoid just in case. Plus free lentil soup with every meal! My stomach had no issues after. Highly recommend.
