Looked at the menu beforehand and had in mind what I would want, but still asked the waitress to confirm if the selections were GF. The waitress was so helpful in identifying selections that are GF. Most of the menu is off limits, but the basic sushi was fair game. She assured me that the rice was fine (the vinegar used in sushi can be problematic). They also had GF soy sauce (Kikkoman brand)! I got the Alaskan and salmon roll. I’m only sensitive, so unsure if it’s completely Celiac friendly.
