Food was very good! They have GF soy sauce for hibachi and other ordered foods. I went for the full hibachi experience and due to my gluten and shellfish allergies my food was prepared in the kitchen in the back but came out at the same time as the hibachi food was finished for everyone else at my table. Stay away from the miso soup, yum yum sauce, ginger sauce, and salad dressing. You can ask for GF soy sauce if you want more flavor in your food. The sushi was super fresh and delicious!!! I specified a shellfish allergy and the sushi chef came out to talk to me about my order even though I ordered salmon and tuna.

All you have to do is tell your server that you need gluten-free and when the cook starts the hibachi, he shows you the ingredients. He cooks your meal first and then will cook everyone else's.
