The sushi chef and sever were accommodating to make things gluten free and knew what on the menu was already gluten free. They brought out Tamari without being asked.

They have gluten free soy sauce (tamari) if you ask for it. The waitress was amazing; I let her know I have celiac and sensitivities to onion and she told me they could make me a special off menu sushi roll! They are very accommodating and careful
