Their menu is not marked, but the server was knowledgeable and directed me to items without soy sauce. She said they sometimes have tamari but were out that day, so no gluten-free soy sauce substitutions would be possible. I got sashimi and a couple hand rolls and they were delicious! The cocktails and sake were great too!
