I’ve been here twice and ordered GF chicken fried rice which is made in the back while my family does hibachi. Just note you must have at least 4 people doing hibachi to sit at a table (mine didn’t count).

Ive been here multiple times and haven't had any issues, but you do need to be careful! They are prone to changing their ingredients, for example the California roll is no longer GF but I wasn't informed until after I had ordered it twice due to me assuming it was still fine after having it for so long. Double check on everything, the only sure fired way to have a completely GF experience is to have sashimi. But I trust these people to take care of me, they have been nothing but attentive

Most of the time I have no issues; however, they are not consistent with what they say is GF, like the sesame salad dressing as an example.

I spoke with the waitstaff and they informed me the only thing they could guarantee as gluten free was sashimi.

The staff was helpful and said I could have anything on the menu except noodles And they will put in the computer as a gluten free request so that gluten-free soy sauce is used. They seemed a little unsure about the soup and when they brought the salad somebody else yelled, wait, done eat that because the dressing has gluten. The waiter came and exchanged my salad with an unknown oil as a dressing. I didn’t eat the salad or soup other then a bite as I was slightly nervous.The food was delicious and I was reassured it was GF. I woke up this morning with a migraine and body aches. I am not celiac, I have a gluten sensitivity.

I asked what was on the menu that I could eat and the server told me anything can be made in s separate kitchen space with gluten free sauces. Food was delicious
