Our waitress was also a manager in charge of food orders and she told us she has a friend who is celiac and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Miso soup was gluten free and all the other food was delicious. Highly recommend. Make sure to ask your server about the options but they had gluten free soy sauce and plants of good choices. Cashew chicken was also gluten free and tasty.
