I ordered two rolls, spicy shrimp and a specialty roll and said I cannot have gluten so I don't know if you have to prepare anything differently. I didn't ask as many questions as normal because of all the high reviews and the GF mark on the menu. I took one bite of my first roll and realized it was a shrimp tempura roll and spit it out and told the waitress. She apologized and got me new food but still disappointing especially since the order was still incorrect, but at least not glutinous.
