I alerted the staff of my gluten allergy. You can have salad as the appetizer without the dressing. The chef made my food first with the gluten free soy sauce. There was no cross contamination. The noodles went on the grill after I already had all of my food. I always get two yum yum sauces since the ginger sauce is not gluten free.

Terrible experience!! Do not try eating here if you have celiac disease. I clearly provided the information and let them know that I needed to have my meal be gluten-free. I explained examples of what they might find gluten in. They proceeded to do many things that obviously showed their lack of knowledge or understanding about gluten intolerance or celiac… when I showed them an example of what they just did to my food by putting wheat noodles next to a gluten free entrée on a grill, and then proceeded to use the same spatula to try to move the noodles away, and then continue making my meal. Absurd.
