Unlisted gluten-containing ingredients and will not notify the customer. The "spicy" rolls contain tempure crunchies. When notated for online ordering, I was not notified that these rolls were unsuitable. Requests for ommitted ingredients was not followed and standard recipe was sent. My order came with a single gluten free soy sauce, so they read my requests.
