They have gluten free soy sauce but also hide breadcrumbs in some of their rolls. I don't understand it either so probably best to avoid the place. The sushi is really sub par anyways.

Do not go here. I specified with the waitress, who was also the manager, that I needed gluten free. No soy sauce, no tempura, no fried bits, etc. Two rolls came with fried tempura inside the rolls. I didn't find this out until after I ate a piece. The menu didn't say it had tempura or any fried bits. She even brought out a gluten free soy sauce. Definitely having allergic reaction. If you have a gluten allergy, do not eat here.
