The staff was very accommidating and cooked my dinner without soy sauce or butter. They made sure to cook my food first on the tables cook top before any gluten or dairy was used. I am not celiac so its hard for me to tell if there was cross contamination. The manager mentioned that he tries to keep a bottle of Tamari but did not have one when I was there. I would call a few days ahead and he may be able to get one. I brought my own to put on my food (thank god). The main reason for the 3 is that the food just wasnt that good. Personally not worth the risk of cross contamination in the future for mediocre food.
