Very friendly. Owner came over and told me there are lots more gluten free options than what she has on the menu. I have celiac and have never felt sick after eating here

We eat here quite often and I have never gotten sick. I always get the lollipop roll with no sauce and a double salmon roll and my husband and I share a sashimi plate. I will admit, I usually tell them about my shellfish allergy and not gluten here because with one allergy, they will clean knives, cutting surfaces, etc. They will request that you make your whole order at 1 time so that they only have to clean the surface once--but that's a pretty simple ask.
They were not understanding about my celiac at all. The manager, I think her name was Katie, was downright rude and seemed to think it was a preference. She said that if I came when it was less busy, they could make me something, as if I was a second class customer. GF options were extremely limited. I will not go here again. We ended up leaving without ordering anything, with the manager glaring at us the whole way. That being said, the waiter Kai was extremely nice, and at least they didn't lie about things being gluten free when they weren't. If you want gluten free, don't go here. Go north on Coors to Tokyo Hana.

The staff was knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful! The sushi chefs put together a gorgeous and delicious special gf roll that was ah-mazing! Gf soy sauce available too. We’ll be back again and again.
