My family and I went here for hibachi, and the gentleman who took my order was quick to say that while the soy sauce they use for the hibachi grill out front was not gluten-free, they could make my entire in the kitchen, including the fried rice, with GF soy sauce. While he did accidentally bring me clear soup with the wonton strips, as soon as I pointed it out he apologized and went to get me a new dish. My meal came out just as the rest of the group was getting the meat for their hibachi, and was very tasty. No problems with cross-contamination.
