Beautiful Japanese restaurant run buy cool Japanese people. Miso was safe. Sushi rice was fine, no tummy issues afterward. Fish is INCREDIBLE, super tasty, as good as fish I’ve had in Japan. Staff doublechecked a lot of ingredients for me. They were very cautious about keeping me safe.
