Saky Japanese Restaurant

They have gf soy sauce and our server was really knowledgeable about my options (except the miso, she wasn’t sure so we played it safe and didn’t order). She said “I take it very seriously” after we thanked her for the care she took during our meal. It tasted delicious and I feel great. They made my rolls first to avoid cross contamination. 10/10 recommend
