The items are marked GF on the menu but it’s salad bar style and they do share the same space with non GF items. Also the quiche was marked GF which I found odd and when I asked to confirm the cashier came back and said it was not. That being said, if you eat here I would always ask to double check and wouldn’t trust the labels. They did say the homemade chips were made in their own fryer.

I had a safe, gluten and wheat free lunch today. It’s important to order from the menu and tell the cashier about your allergy, rather than choosing from the market case. The items that are in the case are NOT celiac friendly. Pasta dishes and wheat dishes are flush against the gluten free options, which makes for a very high probability of cross contamination. I ordered a salad and added grilled chicken. I was not exposed, and the food was very good.
