Review of Salem Valley Farms Ice Cream

The staff are very knowledgeable about what flavors are gluten free. The ice cream is really delicious, and even though I'm sensitive to cross contamination, I've never gotten sick after eating here.

2023 update: the SVIC website now lists all ice cream flavors with their ingredients and any allergens! I feel even safer eating here!
