Review of Sally's Gluten Free Bakery

Oh my goodness, I had a slice of the carrot cake & it is FABULOUS! This bakery is not convenient for me, but I was in the area & decided to drop in. I sampled the pumpkin bread, cinnamon roll, and carrot cake. It was really hard to pass on the pumpkin bread, but I just had to have the carrot cake. The good news is you can buy 1/4 cake. Very helpful since My husband is not GF & would not dare try carrot cake. I have done some GF baking, but Sally’s pumpkin bread & carrot cake are so flavorful $ moist that it’s hard to believe they are GF. I also bought a pack of dinner rolls. Will be trying one later this week.
