Salmon and Bear

I was unfortunately glutened here. I advised the waiter I was coeliac, but she didn’t seem to understand what that meant. The menu had plenty of GF markings, including on the hot chips, but in small font it said some of the sides options weren’t safe for coeliacs as they were fried in batter (not sure why it was marked GF - perhaps they actually just meant it was in the same fryer). I had the salmon poke bowl, which was marked GF, and within 30 minutes I was feeling ill. Bloating and stomach pain. Rushed home and it turned into severe abdominal pain, diarrhoea, nausea and brain fog. Would not recommend this place!
