Very helpful with helping me order items that would be safe for my gluten sensitivity. As soon as I told our server that Icould not have gluten he was super helpful. He let us know that our order would take a little longer than usual because they would need time to switch out the oil. We ordered their sampler platter as an app, and I told them they could just put the gluten containing items on a separate plate as the other people in our party can eat gluten. They went the extra mile and subbed the gluten items for all gluten free. It was very yummy!

Our server then helped me select an entree that was safe for me. He also happily explained the menu items to the whole table, as we were not familiar with Panamanian dishes.

Very good experience! I have gluten sensitivity not celiac, but I did not have any issues with their food.
