I felt compelled to respond to the prior review as it appeared to be a relatively uneducated opinion. I had been diagnosed as a celiac 10 years ago and recognize how hard it is to find an establishment whom not only caters to celiacs but also takes actual care in the meal’s preparation. The menu has naturally GF items and then marked dishes that can be made gluten free ex: mozzarella sticks and chicken parmigiana. Please don’t regard the prior review as fact and give Sal’s a shot. I really appreciate what they do.
