Had a wonderful meal better the other night! I've always enjoyed coming here. They have a new menu since we've been in and the gluten free options are all separate on the back side. Will be back!!

I used to enjoy eating here. They have a lot of gluten free options. After a change of chef, I started having a celiac reaction to the food and can no longer eat at Salsa Brava

They do not have a dedicated fryer. They fry the chimichanga in the fryer. Chips are also fried in same fryer. Bummer. However they are good to help with menu.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable, but the food was just okay. My wife is super-sensitive to gluten and had no problems.

Great selection of GF options, knowledgable staff, dedicated fryer, terrific service, great views. They totally understand CC issues. Monday's are 20% off GF orders. Loved this place.

I did my wedding reception here and everything was wonderful. Not only did they put together a great buffet style reception but they also had a gluten free option for me. The staff was friendly and helpful during the reception.

They have a GF and a Paleo menu. I enjoyed my dinner though on the bland side. I got a little sick on my stomach. I called to ask about how the chips were cooked after i realized i never asked if they were cooked in the same oil as breaded items specifically (I did ask my waitresses if the chips were GF and was assured they were) and the girl was clueless when I called. I asked her to ask the chef, she said some times it gets contaminated from changing pans, not what you want to hear! I am hesitant to try it again, but not against it. I will be very detail oriented with my questions/ordering...as I should have been the first time. The salsa is great!

They also have a Paleo menu. Had the chicken fajitas off Paleo menu, needs seasoning and more meat options. Steak is marinated in soy and not an option. Kinda bummed as this is a good restaurant!

I'm new to being gluten free with celiac disease. Me and my boyfriend went here yesterday at the powers location in Colorado Springs, and it was one of the better experiences I have had. I told the waitress I was gluten free and she was kind to tell me the chips were not gluten friendly. She also made sure to tell the kitchen I am GF, and they made my corn tortillas on a separate surface dedicated for GF items according to the waitress (I ordered the fajitas). I was pleased to hear that they are gluten friendly and they even have a GF menu on the back of the menu. They also asked if it was a preference or an allergy. I would definitely go here again.

So far I have not gotten sick from eating here. The waiter remembers us when we come in and gets me a separate thing of salsa with corn tortillas as the chips are not celiac safe.

Not celiac friendly. I love to support this and other local establishments, and the food is delicious, however my confidence has eroded after my son and I opened our takeout containers to find unwrapped flour tortillas (instead of wrapped corn tortillas) on top of our food. Called and talked with a manager who gave us two options: comp the meal or get a replacement. I chose to go back and get replacement dinners (the rest of our family had begun to eat at that point), and no discount/comp was offered even though I had to drive back to the restaurant to get our do-over dinners. Very disappointing resolution to the problem. After years of dining at the Dublin location and others, I’ve decided to take it off the “safe enough” list for me and my celiac son. This is not the first time I’ve been glutened at Salsa Brava. Very sad.

I went to the old location by Briargate and the food tasted fabulous. This time, my first time at their new location. All new wait staff. My carnitas were overcooked and had no flavor. I did not get sick but was disappointed in the flavor of the food. Also they only margherita they can do gf now is the skinny girl...not the one I wanted.
