They were very nice and understood Celiac concerns really well. He pointed out what had gluten and didn’t have it. The carne asada apparently is cooked with a gluten containing sauce. They were nice enough and willing to cook my food separately for extra precaution. I got two corn tacos and they were delicious! As was the corn in a cup! Definitely recommend!
