Amazing gem off the beaten path in Maine! GF items are clearly marked on the menu and servers are knowledgeable about tweaks to other dishes, if asked. They'll also be honest if the tweaks will change a dish too much. I had the green chili BBQ pork, which had the perfect balance of cool and hot and filled me up quite nicely. My wife had the grilled Caesar salad, which she said had the best dressing she's ever tasted and the lettuce was not drenched in it. Plus, the owner came around to all the tables to check in on folks, answer questions, and just chat for a while which was a great touch. We were sad to have missed brunch, as it is only served Fri-Sun, but will return if we are back up that way for sure!

The staff & the chef owner are very accommodating and can make very many items on the menu gluten free if requested. The food is delicious, well presented and reasonably priced.
