Salt Society

I ordered a lobster roll on a GF bun and side caesar salad, no croutons. It came loaded with croutons. They brought a new place and didn't see any crumbs but I don't have any confidence that they gave me a new plate. The menu has a very limited number of items labeled as GF, and says they can adapt many dishes to GF, but you can't tell what, especially if unfamiliar with sushi terminology. Everything was heavily salted.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

I was so excited to try Salt Society because so many of their items are marked GF but unfortunately all fried foods are cross contaminated so as a celiac, I wasnt able to try them.

Sushi was fantastic though and they have GF tempura flakes!
