Saltillo Mexican Kitchen

When asked about GF the waiter seemed very unsure, became nervous and dis-encouraging. He then said could have most meats (i.e. there are lots of steak on menu) but no sauces. The oil fryer only does corn tortillas and fresh potatoes, although could not have salsa. The restaurant seemed would be ok, but the waiter nervousness made us nervous and when we left without ordering he seemed relieved. On the flip-side, the wait staff was very attentive for the short period we were there, plying us with lots of water, chips and 4 kinds of salsa.

The best. Gf heaven. Fine dining and delicious

This place is great for gluten free. Most of their menu is naturally gluten free and the food is delicious.
